When you are saying goodbye to a much-loved dog or cat, the last thing you should have to worry about is what happens next. Our pet cremation service in South Wales is there so you do not have to. We arrange individual private cremation as part of our Home Euthanasia + Private Cremation package, so the same caring hands that help your pet pass peacefully at home also make sure they are looked after with dignity afterwards.
Dr Jenny gently takes your pet into her care after the visit, and they are cremated individually through our trusted partner, Bluebell Wood Pet Crematorium. Their ashes come home to you within 7–10 working days, in the vessel you choose. There are no forms to chase and no phone calls to make.

We only ever arrange individual private cremation. For most of the families we help, knowing that the ashes they bring home truly belong to their pet is a real source of comfort.

A Peaceful Goodbye at Home
Dr Jenny visits your home for a calm, unhurried home euthanasia. Your pet stays in their favourite spot, surrounded by the people who love them, and you can take as long as you need.
Jenny Takes Your Pet Into Her Care
When you are ready, and not before, Jenny gently and respectfully takes your pet into her care. Many families like to wrap their pet in a favourite blanket first. You are welcome to help, or to say goodbye beforehand.
Individual Cremation at Bluebell Wood Pet Crematorium
Your pet is taken to our trusted partner, Bluebell Wood Pet Crematorium, for an individual private cremation. They are cremated on their own, so the ashes you receive are theirs alone.
Ashes Returned Home to You
Your pet's ashes are returned to you within 7–10 working days, in the vessel you chose. We will let you know when they are ready, and you are welcome to call us at any point for an update.
Your Choice of Vessel, All Included
Every cremation package includes one of three vessels for your pet's ashes, at no extra cost.
Arun Casket
A casket to keep your pet's ashes safe at home, somewhere close to you. Many families place it on a shelf or mantelpiece alongside a favourite photo.
Scatter Tube
Designed for scattering ashes somewhere meaningful, such as a favourite walk, a beach or a quiet corner of the garden your pet loved.
Serenity Tribute Urn
A tribute urn to keep at home as a lasting, peaceful reminder of the companion who shared your life.
If you would prefer something different, other vessel options are available from Bluebell Wood Pet Crematorium (fees on request). You do not need to decide on the day. We are happy to talk it through with you.

Why does the price depend on my pet's weight?
Individual cremation for a small cat and for a large dog are quite different, which is why dog cremation and cat cremation costs are set in clear weight bands rather than one flat fee. Every price above already includes the full home euthanasia visit (£295 on its own), your pet's individual cremation, the return of their ashes and your chosen vessel.

Many families simply want their pet home again. A casket or urn in a quiet spot, perhaps beside their collar or a favourite photo, can be a gentle comfort in the weeks and months ahead.
